Refund Policy

  • You've picked a special or customized package.
  • The primary design concept has been accepted (for any service).
  • The logo has been finalized.
  • The website was designed, developed, and launched.
  • You've asked for changes.
  • The project has been cancelled for reasons unrelated to the project.
  • It has been more than two weeks since the company has been contacted.
  • One of the company's policies, or policies, has been broken.
  • For the same project, another company or designer has been approached.
  • There isn't enough information in the creative brief.
  • A thorough redesign has been requested.
  • If the payment is for a domain name and hosting.
  • If the payment is for a domain name and hosting.
  • The company is going out of business or changing its name.
  • After consulting with the Project Manager, the customer may be entitled to a 50% refund.
  • Company Management reserves the right to approve the reimbursement.
  • The decision of management will be final in this case.
  • If a customer purchases a service bundle and is displeased with one of the services, a refund will be issued for that service only, not the entire bundle.
  • Orders that are canceled prior to the start of a project for any reason other than the design servicewill be charged a 50% percent cancellation fee.
